Introduction

What if I told you I could give you the secret to a happy life?  That the secret required no more time, physical effort, or sacrifice on your part?  What if I told you that secret would give you control over your day and weave a protective shield against negativity around you? Would you be interested? 

What I’m going to articulate is not wholesale new, but it is somewhat of a novel and systemic approach.  It’s a daily process of action that will result in a meaningful life if done every day.  The actions are simple and require minor effort, with no additional time.
